Tokyo is endlessly fascinating, and the city itself with all its nooks and crannies are a subject close to my heart. I’ve made a point of exploring different areas, subcultures and foods as much as possible; the result is below.
Area guides
For Time Out Tokyo, I curated the One Day in… series, which takes an area in Tokyo and looks at what there is to do morning, afternoon, and night, eating times included. Guides published include Shinjuku, Nakano, Nihonbashi, Tomigaya, and Shin-Okubo. For Atlas, I rounded up the best record shops across the city, including some lesser-visited areas.
